Parkinsons is a disease that affects nearly one million Americans, Crawford said. A full-page coupon insert will appear March 27th in 35 million Sunday newspapers across the country. Finally, to drive online traffic to the PDF website, a special link from chockfullonuts.com will connect visitors to PDF information and encourage clicks for donations.
