Coffee Machines Reviews

When choosing an espresso coffee machine, in my opinion, it is of vital importance that it is beautiful to look at. You'll see it every morning and if you're like me, morning, noon, and night drinking custom-made Espresso, it needs to be something you enjoy looking at. Obviously it needs to make consistent, outstanding shots of espresso. I also believe that the way it functions and handles puts you at one with your espresso coffee machine. Zen.

After using the Gaggia Classic for a few weeks I had fallen in love. Firstly with it's classical brushed stainless steel body, secondly with the deeply rich textured crema it produced - the steam wand procuring that fluffy cloud of milk for your morning cappuccino adding to the Gaggia classic's appeal and splendour. And thirdly it goes like a professional, with its vintage but modern feel mixed with Gaggia commercial grade quality.

Paramount, California (Vocus/PRWEB) December 02, 2010

All Pro Beverage introduces a better answer to the demand for single-serve coffee makers. The Espresso Etc coffee machine grinds the beans fresh, brews one cup at a time, and produces many gourmet flavors at the mere push of a button. Plus, these machines are environmentally friendly and even clean themselves.

Because a coffee maker is the most popular appliance purchased for office coffee services, most companies spend considerable time to choose the best, most cost-effective and environmentally responsible machine for their break areas. The idea of brewing a single cup...

The Gaggia Classic espresso

This espresso coffee machine is made for espresso aficionados. It has forged brass components to stabilise temperature with a three-way solenoid valve and an independent expansion valve for high performance. The portafiler holds heat extremely well and is reassuringly heavy duty. In my opinion, the Gaggia classic is one of the best single boilers on the market. The versatility allows you to experiment with the pressure and heat so you can create your own perfect shot of espresso.

I love using the Gaggia classic. It's quick to heat up, about 10 minutes, so you're not waiting around for your espresso when you want it. The adjustable pressure function (between 9 and 10 atm) makes it easy to get your espresso shot just right for your taste. Your espresso will always taste better if you grind your own beans and tamper the very fine grind gently (15 grams of coffee for a double and 7 for a single). Water temperature between 92-96 degrees celsius works best. This machine needs regular de-scaling and flushing to deliver the maximum quality.

The Gaggia classic espresso machine made my girlfriend happier than I had made here since we've been together (she loves anything made in Italy and these espresso machines are manufactured in Milan, which I love too), the Gaggia classic has made us one with the love of this espresso coffee machine. My girlfriend has acquired the professional barista skills needed to make a perfect espresso, through the Gaggia classic's simple controls and her new found inspiration to make a better shot of espresso than myself. This machine has given her so much confidence she could serve the most fussy Italian a creamy shot of espresso without a concern for her own well being. It gets her out of bed before me in the morning; she loves using it so much.

One word of warning though; if you travel to Italy in the future, once you've mastered your barista skills, you may have trouble enjoying an espresso while admiring the duomo di Milano, with it's grandeur miniaturising your espresso as you sit in it's splendour, thinking of your kitchen and just wanting to get your hands on your Gaggia classic.
